Drive The Future HBCU Earth Day Event 2019 @ Spelman College

Be a part of History with us at “Drive The Future – HBCU Tour 2019”.  The first event in the country focused on Educating and Engaging these HBCU’s and surrounding communities on the benefits of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and sustainable clean energy transportation. We will raise the awareness of today’s next generation transportation and provide free rides in a wide array of vehicles at varying price points (new and pre-owned vehicles starting at $6k and up). This brand neutral event will focus on education and engagement of Electric, Connected, Autonomous & Shared vehicle technology. The event will include:
  • EV Drivers displaying their vehicles (EVHybridNoire members who are Alumni of AUC Institutions)
  • Ride & Drives – Vehicles at all price points
  • Electric Vehicle/Charging Infrastructure Engagement & Education
  • Highlight Women EV Drivers (fastest growth sector)
  • Electric Motorcycle Built by EVHybridNoire members
  • Affordable EVs (Dispelling myth that EVs are out of financial reach of this community)
  • We have invited HR Teams to be onsite, exposing attendees to career opportunities in Mobility/Energy sector
  • Public Health Professional onsite, explaining the Health Benefits of zero emission vehicles (high asthma rates in Black & Brown communities)
  • Vehicles that have collectively driven over 500K electric / zero emission miles collectively by diverse EV drivers

TESLA, NISSAN, CHEVY, BMW, FORD, JAGUAR, Electric Motorcyle built by EVHybridNoire member and more
